The Bears are proud to announce another high profile signing with the capture of Halfback Billy Sheen to the squad. Sheen is a former North Wales Crusaders halfback and St Helen's Junior.
Coventry Bears Tom Tsang commented;
"Billy is a great signing for us. Not only does he have significant experience at this level, but he also has the ability to play a number of key positions. He will primarily be used in the scrum half role, but can ably fill in at fullback and hooker. As a scrum half, Billy will be a great asset, guiding around the strong and mobile pack we have put together."
Billy said: "I cant wait to test myself at Coventry. I started with North Wales Crusaders when they were a new club in the league and it built very well. It will be exciting being involved with the Bears at this time and it will be interesting to see how we go - I am looking forward to the Challenge."
