CHRIS BARRATT RE-SIGNS

The club is delighted to announce that Chris Barratt has re-signed for the club for 2018.

Tom Tsang commented:

“Chris is a key retention for us going into 2018. He is our most capped player having missed just one game in 3 seasons and has really developed into a leader in our squad. He was promoted into the captaincy role at the back end of last season and he took on the responsibility brilliantly. We will look for him to drive standards in the playing group through pre season”.

Chris Barratt commented on his re-signing:

“It's good to have extended my time at the Bears for another season. Ive played at the club for over 5 years now and have seen the progress being made. Although last year was mixed in terms of results, we learned a lot and should be better for the experience. Im looking forward to working hard in preseason and having a strong 2018”
