We are very pleased to announce the signing of Tyler Chant.
Alan Robinson commented:
“Tyler is a versatile player who can play at hooker or in the halves but is also physical and athletic enough to play as a threat in the outside backs. He has recently married and lives locally in Northampton and has now fully settled in the UK from living in Australia. His attitude really impressed me and there is no doubting he has had experience in the past. I was keen to explore how he could join us last year but he had to finalise his visa. Things have aligned now for him to join us and he is looking forward to getting a preseason under his belt.”

Tyler commented on signing for the Club:
“I’m very grateful for the opportunity that Alan and the staff at Coventry have given me and super excited to be signing on to make myself a bear for the 2nd time But this time for Coventry instead of North Sydney.
I really enjoyed my Role as a experienced player at Last Years Emerging Nations Rugby League World Cup and when I had the opportunity to Speak with Alan and he explained the direction of the club I couldn’t be more excited to join and call on these experiences.
It sounds like the staff are putting together a great team and plan for the 2020 season and I’m honoured to be invited to be part of it.”
