LONDON SKOLARS V COVENTRY BEARS

This Saturday the Bears travel away to London Skolars at the New River Stadium.

Bears Head Coach Tom Tsang commented on the forthcoming fixture;

"We were hoping to use the win against Gloucester as springboard for improved performances, but we had a week off and we seemed to lose that momentum. Against Barrow we lacked intensity in defence and creativity in attack. We've had another week off and hopefully we will be able to learn from experience and put in a better performance. 

London Skolars are leading the way this year for the southern clubs and will be a tough side to play at home. Although we went down there last year and got a win so we will back ourselves to get a result. It's huge that we start strong because Skolars are good enough to dominate if you let them, we have also focused on our defence so we will want to see improvement in that area."
