Bears new 2020 kit
We are very happy to announce and unveil our playing jerseys for 2020.
We are also delighted to announce a new partnership with popular local and national supplier Scorpion Sportswear based in Torrington avenue in Coventry.
Alan Robinson commented:
“Scorpion are a local supplier which means we have no issues with lead times or supply of any kit or leisurewear items for our supporters. The quality of the playing kit is first class and last year they helped us create a lighter grade of jersey which was really popular with our junior club at a reduced cost.
Having fast lead times and different grades of jerseys available really allowed our brand to grow and I’m hoping with the designs I have worked on with Scorpion that sports fans across the city will get excited to wear them and start a new affiliation with the Bears this summer when other sports are in their off season”

New Designs
Our primary jersey will be black with two chevron lines framing our brand in striking bold black and white. We have adopted black after it was embraced by fans and players in our anniversary season in 2018 plus it is also worn in honour of the heritage and culture of rugby league from the last northern union (rugby league) team to play in the city in 1908 who wore black. We feel it is important to remember those who have worn the Coventry rugby league jersey before us.
Our alternative colours will be the cyan and navy we are most associated with but fans do not have to worry as we will look to play some games at home in these colours also. In some ways with our primary jersey in black and alternative blue we have the best of both to represent the city in Betfred League One!
