NEW SIGNING FIACH MILLWARD

Fiach Millward

We are pleased to announce the signing of young Irish halfback Fiach Millward.

Alan Robinson commented “Fiach has recently come to study in England at Gloucester University and was brought to our attention by Ben Whincup the Gloucester University rugby league coach and Bears performance analyst. He is a halfback and had some great attributes that stood out in our trial at the beginning of the month. He is a real prospect and is another Irish player who has come through RLI under 19’s. He is willing to learn and we feel he will fit in well to the environment so are looking forward to seeing how he develops and get more experience under his belt so he can put himself in a position to play regularly next season”

Fiach said ““I am very grateful for the opportunity that Coventry Bears have given me and am really looking forward to getting stuck in to pre-season. I can’t wait to get some experience in league 1 with the Bears”.
