New Women’s Head Coach

BETH HAYNES NEW WOMENS HEAD COACH FOR COVENTRY BEARS 2025

We are delighted to announce that current Coventry Bears Women’s Captain Beth Haynes will be stepping up to coach our women’s team in 2025.

Beth has been involved in playing for the Bears for the last 2 years and was also a regular Try Tag Rugby player being one of the first women to play back in 2018 for Coventry & Warwickshire TTR.

Alan Robinson club chairman commented; “It’s been great speaking with Beth around her enthusiasm for coaching and growing women’s and girls rugby league at the club. We also have junior plans in 2025 to run futures girls at u13, u15 and u17 and are now on the brink of bringing those girls through into our senior women’s team.

Beth said: “I can’t wait to get started this year and with recruitment now in full flow we plan to start earlier than normal in early April to start to prepare for the 2025 season”
