Midlands Local Jason Bass has re-signed for 2016 and will be part of the growing Bears squad in the new year.

Leicester born Jason broke into the first team midway through the summer after impressing in the Reserves side. He made an immediate impact, regularly topping the stats for meters gained and carries, from wing and fullback. His strong performances earned him a well deserved Young Player of the Year award at our end of season presentations. Jason has one of the best attitudes I have come across and is always wanting to learn and improve. At just 19 he has a big future ahead of him and we are very happy to have secured another local talent for 2016
