Bears Presentation Junior Presentation Day 2024

Coventry Bears junior section celebrated a groundbreaking 2024 season with its presentation day at Barkers Butts RFC on Saturday 27 July 2024, with worthy award recipients and all players receiving a special Bears medal for their efforts this season.

The Bears ran age groups at U8s, U11s, U13s and U16s this season as the club continues to grow and offer summer Rugby League in Coventry and the surrounds. Junior registration numbers reached new heights as did parent and volunteer involvement with the Bears attending all Midlands based festivals as well as participating in the Shaw Cross Gala in West Yorkshire and touring in Cumbria.

The Bears also hosted a well attended junior RL festival in Coventry for the first time in over 10 years with teams from the West Midlands, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and West Yorkshire participating across 6 different age groups.
